Limited Warranty
Eightfold Sdn Bhd (“ESB”) provides a limited carry-in warranty for non-apron items, covering manufacturer defects from the date of delivery (DO), unless otherwise stated in the quotation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and reasonable care. ESB’s obligation is limited exclusively to the repair or one-to-one replacement of defective product(s). Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Misuse, improper storage, or operation outside the intended product range
- Natural material decay or normal wear and tear
- Force majeure events
- Consumable parts such as filters, batteries, or moving components (e.g., wheels, pull cords)
- User interface components such as handles, fabric, face plates, buttons that naturally wear over time
- ESB is not responsible for shipping costs to or from our office in Selangor
- Customer mishandling or failure to follow care instructions voids the warranty

SHIPPING of goods are available within Malaysia and from Malaysia to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand only.Should your good receive is not in acceptable forms due to poor courier service handling, please take photo evidences and send it back to us. We will undertake the responsibility to replace you with new one.
